Basil Pesto
Ingredients:
8 oz. fresh basil
½ C. garlic, chopped
2/3 C. pine nuts or walnuts
1 ¼ C. olive oil
1 C. Parmesan cheese
1 T. salt


Method: Place ingredients food processor. Slowly add olive until mixture reaches a creamy consistency and add cheese.
