Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients:
½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
½ cup mini chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 t. vanilla
Method:
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan well.
- Cream margarine & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift in baking soda and flour.
- Add bananas, pecans, and chocolate chips, mixing well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out almost clean.
