Black Russian Cake
Ingredients:
Glaze: 1/4 cup ( or less ) Kahlua, 3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 box yellow cake mix ( w/0 pudding in the mix )
1 pkg. of chocolate fudge pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
¼ C. vodka
¼ C. Kahlua
3/4 C. oil
½ C. sugar
3/4 cup water
Method:
- Grease and flour the bundt pan. Mix cake ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Drizzle glaze on cooled cake.
