Chicken Masala Balls

Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken, cubed or ground
½ lb onion, finely sliced
8-10 fresh green chiles
Spices: 4T. coriander seeds, 1½ T. cumin, 2” cinnamon stick, 3 cardamoms, 5-6 cloves, 20 cashews., salt, 4 cloves garlic, 5-6 dry red chiles

Method:

  1. Roast spices in frying pan until aromatic.
  2. Cool spices. Grind spices along with other ingredients.
  3. Cool in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  4. Shape into patties and fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with chutney.
