Chicken/Paneer Tikka
Ingredients:
1 lb chix breast or paneer, cubed
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. salt (marinated for 1 hr)
Marinade: ½ cup yogurt, 2 T. vege. oil, 1 t. each (ground coriander, ground cumin, g-g paste) ½ t. each (garam masala, cayenne pepper), ¼ t. each (tumeric, ground nutmeg, red-orange coloring)
Method:
Marinate chicken pieces overnight. Thread on skewers and grill on med heat for 6-8 minutes. Serve w/ onions & lime.
