Egg Curry

Ingredients:

4 large tomatoes
1” ginger
2 onions, finely chopped
4-6 eggs
Spices: 3 t. kundapur masala, 1t. garam masala, salt to taste, fresh chopped coriander

Method:

  1. Grind together tomatoes, ginger, some coriander.
  2. Sauté onions. Add spices & tomato mixture.
  3. Add boiled eggs cut in half.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
