Egg Curry
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
1” ginger
2 onions, finely chopped
4-6 eggs
Spices: 3 t. kundapur masala, 1t. garam masala, salt to taste, fresh chopped coriander
Method:
- Grind together tomatoes, ginger, some coriander.
- Sauté onions. Add spices & tomato mixture.
- Add boiled eggs cut in half.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
