Punjabi Rajma

Ingredients:

2 cans cooked kidney beans
1 onion
1 green chili
1 tomato
Spices: 1 t. chili, ½ t. turmeric, 1 t. ground coriander, 1 t. garam masala, 2-3 T. ginger-garlic paste, salt

Methods:

  1. Grind onions, tomato, chili, g-g paste. Heat oil, then add paste.
  2. Fry until golden brown.
  3. Add spices & water to make gravy.
  4. Add cooked rajma. Cook 5-7 minutes. Garnish w/ coriander.
