Quick Chili Chicken
Ingredients:
2 diced chicken breasts
6 green chilies, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Marinade: 2 T. ginger-garlic paste, ½ T. red chili paste, 2-3 T.soy sauce, 1 T. vinegar, ½ t. pepper , ½ t. salt, ½ t. sugar, ¼ t. ajinomoto
Method:
- Marinate chicken for ½ hour. Heat oil in pressure cooker, and chicken.
- Cook until chicken whitens & is dry.
- Add ½ cup water and close pressure lid on high. Cook for 1-2 whistles.
- Remove from flame.
- Dry chicken on high heat, then add stir fried peppers/onions.
