Shrimp Curry
Ingredients:
40-50 shrimps (shell removed)
2 onions (chopped)
1 t. ginger garlic paste
10 curry leaves
1 T. red chili powder
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 t. turmeric powder
1/2 t. garam masala powder
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions toll golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Saute for some more time.
- Add the tomato and cook until softened. Add shrimp and cover and cook it on a low flame for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked. Add garam masala powder, mix and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot garnished with cut fresh cilantro.
