Shrimp w/ Green Onion, Garlic, BBQ Spices

Ingredients:

¼ cup smoked sweet paprika
2 T. ancho chile powder
2 T. brown sugar
2 t. ground cumin
2 t. kosher salt
1 t. black pepper
2 lbs. large shrimp
12 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup sliced green onions

Method:

  1. Mix together spices. Place shrimp into spice rub to coat well. Heat grill on high.
  2. Heat 3 T. oil in sauté pan or grill grate. Add ½ shrimp and garlic and sauté until cooked. Add green onions. Repeat with remaining shrimp and garlic. Drain on paper towels.
