Cream of Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
30 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup onions, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup cheddar/jack cheese, shredded
½ lb. mushrooms
2 chilies, chopped
Spices: 1 t. oregano, 1 t. basil, 1 T. paprika, 1 t. cayenne, 1 t. black pepper, ½ t. Cajun seasoning
Method:
- Saute onions, garlic, & peppers until translucent.
- Add mushrooms, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add canned soup & simmer.
- Mix in spices & simmer for 10 min.
- Stir in the shredded cheese before serving.
