Baked Brie in Pastry Crust

Ingredients:

8 ox Brie cheese, cubed
Puff pastry /crescent , shaped
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup dried cranberries
1 egg, beaten
2-3 T marmalade/jam

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Shape the puff pastry or crescent dough into log with edges sliced.
  3. Layer Brie cheese, then jam/marmalade.
  4. Then sprinkle cranberries & almonds on top.
  5. Fold pastry into braided log. Brush with egg.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
