Cheesy Pigs-in-a-Blanket

Ingredients:

AP flour + 1 T. water
1 package pizza dough
16 oz. smoked sausage, cut u
3 t. Dijon mustard
1 egg yoke
¾ cup shredded jack cheese

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Dust cutting board w/ flour, and lay out pizza dough. Cut into 12 2”x4” pieces, placing hotdog piece on each rectangle.
  3. Brush each piece w/ mustard, sprinkle w/ cheese, then roll dough around it.
  4. Cover w/ towerl to let dough rise 30 min.
  5. Brush each piece w/ egg mixture.
  6. Bake 13-15 minutes unto golden brown.
