Salmon Cakes
Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
5-6 eggs
2 t. lemon juice
3 t. minced garlic
2 t. garlic-ginger paste
Spices: garlic salt, Cajun spice, Korean spice, fish masala, black pepper
Methods:
- Mix all ingredients and form patties.
- Pan fry until golden brown.
- Serve w/ fresh onions & cilantro chutney.
