Warm Artichoke & Amber Bock Dip
Ingredients:
28 oz. artichokes, drained
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 T. grated lemon zest
1 T. ground black pepper
1 t. hot pepper sauce
8 oz. light cream cheese
1 egg white
½ cup dried bread crumbs
1 cup Michelob Amber Bock
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in food processor, and process until coarsely blended.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until edges are golden-brown. Serve warm.
