Chang’s Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, coated w/ cornstarch
1 oz. chicken stock-oyster sauce
1 oz sugar vinegar mix
2 t. sesame oil
1 t. garlic
1 t. cornstarch
¼ cup green onion
1 T. chili paste
Canola oil
Method:
- Allow chicken to coat in cornstarch/potato starch mix. Fry chicken in hot oil, then drain.
- Add oil back to hot wok- sauté remainder of ingredients. Then mix in fried chicken. Serve w/ rice.
