Spicy Fried Green Beans

Ingredients:

1 lb. cut green beans
Sauce: 1 T. minced ginger, 2 T. minced garlic, 2 T. soy sauce, 1 T. rice wine vinegar, 2 T. hoison sauce, 1 T. honey, 2 T. sambal olek, 1 T. cornstarch slurry, 1 t. sesame oil, fresh chopped cilantro

Method:

  1. Stir fry green beans with light sprinkling of salt until soft & golden brown.
  2. In oil, sauté garlic and ginger. Add all other ingredients and simmer to thicken sauce. Add to beans.
