Mexican Cosmo

Ingredients:
2 cups silver tequila
1 cup Cointreau
¾ cup fresh lime juice
1 cup Jamaica “Flower” Cooler
½ cup plus 1 T. superfine sugar
1 lime for serving
Method: Combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, Jamaica and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Serve over ice and sliced limes.
Pomegranate Margarita

Ingredients:
2 oz PAMA liqueur
1.5 oz tequila
½ oz triple sec
splash simple syrup
splash lime juice
Method: Mix ingredients and serve over ice in sugar-rimmed glass.
Topolo Margarita

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
6 T. sugar
1 cup plus 2 T. blanco tequila
¼ cup Gran Torres orange liqueur
Lime wedge
Coarse salt
About 1 ½ cups small (or coarsely broken) ice cubes
Method:
1. Make limeade. Combine the lime juice, sugar and 1 cup water in a glass or plastic pitcher.
2. Add tequila and orange liqueur to pitcher of limeade. Rub rims of 6 martini glasses with a lime wedge, then dip them in salt.
3. In a large shaker, combine half of margarita mixture with ice and shake 10 to 15 seconds, then strain into the prepared glasses.
Frozen margaritas
Ingredients:
1 can frozen limeade concentrate
4-6 fluid oz. tequila
2 oz. triple sec
Method: Fill blender with crushed ice. Pour in limeade concentrate, tequila and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
Classic Margarita on the Rocks
Ingredients:
1 cup sweet and sour mix
1/2 cup triple sec
3/4 cup gold tequila
2 T. and 2 t. brandy-based orange liqueur
1 limes, quartered
Method: Mix ingredients and serve over ice in sugar/salt rimmed glasses.
Passionfruit Mojito
Ingredients:
2 oz light rum
1 oz passionfruit juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 lime
4 sprigs mint leaves, muddled
chilled lemon-lime soda
Method: Mix ingredients and serve over ice.
Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz lemon juice
lemon twist for garnish
1 t. sugar syrup (2:1 sugar:water boiled)
Method: Pour the vodka, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Spiked Lemonade
Ingredients:
2 cups lemon-flavored sparkling water or club soda, chilled
½ cup citrus vodka, chilled
½ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup orange liqueur
Crushed ice
Garnish: lemon slices
Method: Combine first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish each serving with lemon slice.
