3-Herb Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup parsley leaves
1 cup cilantro leaves
½ cup mint leaves
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 t. coarse salt
½ t. black pepper
½ t. red pepper flakes
1 cup olive oil
½ cup white vinegar

Method: Combine ingredients in food processor. Add oil, vinegar, up to ½ cup water to make thick sauce. Serve over grilled steak or pork.

Soy Joy Sauce
Ingredients:
¼ cup + 2T. soy sauce
2 T. dark sesame oil
2 T. honey
2 T. minced ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup cilantro
½ t. chili flakes
¼ cup + 2 T. cold water

Method: Combine all ingredients in blender. Sauté w/ meats or poultry.

Jalapeno-Ponzu Sauce
Ingredients:
2 roasted jalapenos, chopped
½ cup sake
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup soy sauce
1 T. olive oil
3 T. ginger, minced
2 T. sugar

Method: Blend all ingredients (except sake). Simmer sauce in pan & add sake. Serve on grilled/ broiled fish or steak.

Red Pepper Sofrito
Ingredients:
½ cup olive oil
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method: Heat olive oil. Add all ingredients and cook until soft. Pulse in food processor until pasty.
