Hot Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
2 diced chicken breasts
2 T. crushed/chopped garlic
2-4 chopped dried red chillies
2 green onions, chopped
Marinade: 1 T. red chili paste, ½ t. pepper, ½ t. salt
Sauce: 2T. soy sauce, 1 t. vinegar, 2 T. ketchup, 2 T. tomato puree, 2 t. cornstarch slurry
Method:
- Marinate chicken for 2-4 hours. Heat oil in pan/pressure cooker.
- Add garlic & chilies for 5 min. Then add chicken.
- In separate pan, mix sauce ingredients and simmer.
- Add chicken and fry until coated. Serve.
