Pepper Mushroom Fry
Ingredients:
1 lb. mushrooms
4 slitted chilies
1 T. cream
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tsp lime juice
Spices: 1 t. black pepper, ½ t. turmeric, 1 ½ t. garam masala, 2-3 T. g-g paste, salt, 1 t. mint dry powder, 1 t. methi
Method:
- Sauté green chilies and g-g paste briefly. Add onions- fry until golden brown.
- Add mushrooms and spices. Cook on medium heat until mushrooms are soft.
- Turn heat down and add cream & lime juice.
