Shrimp Curry

Ingredients:
40-50 shrimps (shell removed)
2 onions (chopped)
1 t. ginger garlic paste
10 curry leaves
1 T. red chili powder
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 t. turmeric powder
1/2 t. garam masala powder

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions toll golden brown.  Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Saute for some more time.
  2. Add the tomato and cook until softened.  Add shrimp and cover and cook it on a low flame for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked. Add garam masala powder, mix and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot garnished with cut fresh cilantro.
