South Indian Red Fish Curry
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs tilapia filets
¼ chopped onion
2-3 slitted chillies
2 fronds curry leaves
3-4 crushed garlic cloves in olive oil
Gravy: ½ cup water, ¼ cup kundapur masala, 1 t. tamarind paste, 1 t. salt, 2 small tomatoes quartered
Method:
- Grind all gravy ingredients together.
- Heat in skillet for 5-10 minutes.
- Add onions and chilles.
- Add tilapia filets, curry leaves, garlic. Simmer for ½ hour.
