Pasta E Fagioli Soup

Ingredients:
40 oz. beef stock
½ lb. ground beef
1 onion; chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
2 chile peppers, chopped
2 carrots; slivered
16 oz tomatoes; canned, diced
1 can red kidney beans
1 can white kidney beans
21 oz spaghetti sauce
3.5 oz. dry pasta shell macaroni
Spices: 1 ½ t. oregano, 1 t. pepper, 2 t. parsley, 2/3 t. Tabasco sauce
Method:
- Saute beef in oil until browned.
- Add onions, carrots and tomatoes
- Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add drained beans, stock, oregano, pepper, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce, parsley, and pasta.
- Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 45 minutes.
