Chickpea Hummus
Ingredients:
14 oz. can chickpeas
1 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 T. olive oil
Spices: 1 T. Tahini, 1t. ground cumin, 1 t. ground coriander, salt/pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together in blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Season with salt & ground black pepper.
