Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
8 oz. Mushrooms
2 T. breadcrumbs
3 T. cheddar cheese
1 T. parmesan cheese
1 t. Tabasco sauce
2 T. melted butter
Spices: ¼ t. garlic salt, ½ t. black pepper, 1 dash of each: paprika, cayenne, herbs
Methods:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove mushroom stems- mince & mix with remaining ingredients.
- Stuff into mushroom caps.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
