Pot de Crème
Ingredients:
1 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1 egg
2/3 C. boiling whole milk
2 T. liquor of your choice
2 T. Sugar
Whipped cream
Method:
- Blend chocolate chips, egg, sugar and brandy. While the blender is running, pour boiling milk from the top.
- Let blend till the mixture is smooth 2 to 3 min. Pour into small cups and chill for 30 to 40 min. Top with whipped cream.
