Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
8 ox. cream cheese softened
14 oz. can artichokes
½ cup frozen spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup shredded cheese
¼ cup Romano & Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
Seasoning: ¼ t. garlic salt, ½ t. dried basil, salt/pepper , crushed red pepper
Method:
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly grease baking pan.
- Mix all ingredients together, stirin spinach & artichoke last.
- Top w/ shredded cheese. Bake for 25 min until bubbly and browned at top.
